4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances: Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information. Business Transfers: If FLMLNK is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, or government agencies). Protection of Rights: We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. Government and Law Enforcement Requests: When we receive requests for user data from government or law enforcement authorities, we follow a formal process to protect your rights. Specifically, we (a) review the legal validity of each request to ensure it complies with applicable law and has proper legal authority, (b) challenge requests that we determine to be unlawful, overbroad, or otherwise inappropriate, (c) apply data minimization principles by limiting our response to only the information specifically required by the valid legal process, and (d) document all such requests and our responses to maintain accountability and transparency. We will notify affected users of government requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so. With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period as part of our disaster recovery procedures.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure server infrastructure, regular security assessments, access controls and authentication procedures, and employee training on data protection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information: Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. 8. International Data Transfers

FLMLNK is based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@flmlnk.com.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Service. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Platforms

FLMLNK allows users to connect third-party accounts and platforms (such as social media or content distribution services) to enable features like content organization, analytics, publishing workflows, and campaign management. When a user connects a third-party account, FLMLNK may access information made available by that platform in accordance with the user's authorization and the permissions granted. This may include profile information, published content, engagement metrics, messages, or related activity data, depending on the platform and the features enabled by the user. This may include performance, engagement, and monetization data (such as estimated revenue), which is accessed solely to provide insights and reporting to the connected user. FLMLNK does not modify monetization settings on connected platforms. Content Publishing: Where enabled by the user, FLMLNK may publish content (such as videos, images, and captions) to connected third-party platforms on the user's behalf. All publishing actions occur only at the user's explicit direction. Before content is published, users are presented with platform-specific settings (such as privacy level, interaction preferences, and commercial content disclosure) and must provide consent. FLMLNK does not publish content automatically or without user initiation. Data obtained from connected accounts is used solely to provide the functionality requested by the user and is not used for advertising, profiling unrelated to the service, or resale. FLMLNK does not access private data beyond what is explicitly authorized. Users may disconnect a third-party account at any time. Upon disconnection, FLMLNK will stop retrieving new data from that platform and will cease publishing content to that platform. Previously imported data may be retained to support ongoing features or deleted at the user's request, in accordance with applicable laws and retention policies. FLMLNK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

12. Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads)

FLMLNK integrates with Meta Platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and Threads — through the Meta Graph API, the Instagram API with Instagram Login, and the Threads API. When you choose to connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Threads profile, FLMLNK requests only the permissions required to provide the features you enable. Permissions We Request: We request the minimum scopes needed for our social publishing and analytics features. These include pages_show_list and pages_manage_posts (to list and publish to Facebook Pages you administer), pages_read_engagement (to display engagement data for posts we help you publish), instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish (to identify your Instagram Business account and publish content you create in FLMLNK), and threads_basic and threads_content_publish (to identify your Threads profile and publish content you create in FLMLNK). We never request permissions we do not actively use in the product. Information We Access and Store: Upon your explicit authorization, we access and store the following information from Meta: your Meta user ID and display name; a list of Facebook Pages you administer, including each Page's ID, name, category, profile picture, and Page access token; the Instagram Business or Creator account linked to each Page, including the IG user ID, username, display name, profile picture, and follower count; your Threads profile, including Threads user ID, username, and profile picture; the text, media, scheduling metadata, and status of posts you create and publish from FLMLNK; and post-level engagement metrics (impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, saves, and clicks) for content FLMLNK has helped you publish. We do not access your Facebook friends list, private messages, email address, or photos or videos you did not explicitly share with FLMLNK. How Long We Keep It: Page and account tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and retained only while the connection is active. When you disconnect a Meta account from FLMLNK, we immediately revoke our copy of the associated tokens and delete the linked page, profile, and engagement records from our live systems within 30 days. Backup snapshots containing the data are overwritten within 90 days under our normal backup rotation. Your Choices: You can disconnect any Meta account from FLMLNK at any time from Settings → Social Media Accounts. You can also revoke FLMLNK's access directly from Facebook at Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, or from Instagram at Settings → Apps and Websites → Active. To request deletion of all data FLMLNK has collected from your Meta accounts, visit our data deletion page at /data-deletion or email support@flmlnk.com. Meta also sends an automated deletion request to FLMLNK when you remove the app from your Meta account; we honor these requests within 30 days. Compliance: FLMLNK's use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Meta-derived data, do not use it to build or train generalized advertising profiles, and do not transfer it except to service providers strictly necessary to operate FLMLNK.

13. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): Right to Know: You can request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Note that we do not sell personal information. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. To submit a request, please contact us at support@flmlnk.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

14. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Legal Basis: We process your personal information based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests (such as improving our Service). Additional Rights: In addition to the rights listed in Section 7, you may have the right to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data Protection Officer: For questions about our data practices or to exercise your rights, please contact us at support@flmlnk.com.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the Service with a new "Last updated" date, sending you an email notification (if you have provided your email), or displaying a prominent notice within the Service. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
